FGH95粉末枝晶间合金元素偏析的研究

摘    要:测定两种工艺方法生产的FGH95粉末颗粒截面的枝晶偏析和胸晶偏析,结果表明:粉末颗粒内部枝晶间(或胞晶间)富Mo,Nb,Ti元素而贫Ni,Co,W元素。随着粉末颗粒尺寸的减小,枝晶偏析(或胞晶偏析)明显减小。与相同粒度级别的氩气雾化(AA)粉末相比,等离子体旋转电极(PREP)粉末的枝晶偏析明显低于AA粉末的枝晶偏析。

Abstract:The dendrite microsegregations in PREP FGH95 powders has been studied by using SEM The results show that there are riched with Mo,Ti,Ni elements,and poored with Ni, Co,W elements between the powders dendrite arm It also seems that the dendrite microsegregations decrease with decreasing particle size Compared with argon atomized powders, the dendrite microsegregations in PREP FGH95 powders is lower
