| 摘 要： | 为使羊绒产品更具高档化、轻薄化及高附加值,研究了在复精梳工艺过程中,将混条工序羊绒、羊毛条加入合适比例的水溶性纤维,以增加纱线强度,提高纱线的可纺性与织造效率的工艺方法;提出了含维羊绒产品在纺纱过程中,需要选择最佳试纺工艺。羊绒、高支羊毛与维纶纤维的合理混和比例,及混条、复精梳、蒸纱等关键生产工序严格把关,严格控制混条的含油、回潮及羊绒落绒率等应该注意的有关技术问题及相应措施。

| Abstract: | In order to make cashmere fabrics more lightweight and thinner with top quality and high added value,this paper studied the mixing water-soluble fiber in technique in the process of top wool blending for increasing of fiber spinnability,yarn strength and weaving efficiency.It is recommended that spinning process be optimized,appropriate mixing ratio of cashmere,high-counts wool and vinylon be selected,and that oil pick-up,moisture and cashmere noil be strictly controlled in the key processes of top wool ble... |
