固定型防酸式铅酸蓄电池短路试验浅析

摘    要:对GFD-2000型号固定型防酸式铅酸蓄电池进行了短路电流耐受时间试验及容量核对性试验。结果表明,以国标GB13337.1-91附录A中短路电流试验方法(两点法)试验计算出的短路电流及耐受时间是可靠的,同时验证了该型号蓄电池(极柱)可承受大电流3.6 C10 A的时间为5.6 s,高于国标GB13337.1-91中大电流放电试验3C10 A持续时间5 s的规定。

Abstract:Short circuit current tolerance time test and capacity check test were carried out on GFD-2000 stationary acid-proof lead-acid batteries. The test results indicated that the calculated short circuit current and tolerance time were reliable by using the short circuit current test method (two point method) inappendix A of national standard GB13337.1-91. At the same time it was verified in the test that the cell could withstand high-rate current of 3.6C10 A for 5.6 s which was higher than the value of 3.0C10 A for 5 s specified in national standard GB 13337.1-91.
