摘    要:四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)是一种重要的铅蓄电池正极板铅膏添加剂,使用4BS可以有效避免铅钙合金的高阻抗钝化膜引起的活性物质失效和蓄电池早期容量损失(PCL),从而可以显著地延长铅酸蓄电池的循环使用寿命。文中介绍了4BS的结构、电化学性质及其对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响,评述了4BS延长铅酸电池循环寿命的原理,研究了Addenda种子在改善电池极板化成、提高初始容量和循环寿命方面的作用。结果表明,Addenda种子作为标准添加剂在和膏时加入与铅粉等一起被制成铅膏,能够大大提升铅酸蓄电池的性能,特别是有效解决了蓄电池的容量衰减,延长了蓄电池的寿命。

Abstract:The tetrabasic lead sulfate (4BS) is a kind of important additive of the positive plate lead paste, can avoid failure of the positive active material and the premature capacity loss, and prolong the life of lead-acid battery. In this paper, the structure, electrochemical properties and the effect on the batteryperformances of tetrabasic lead sulfate were introduced. The mechanism which the tetrabasic lead sulfate could prolong the life of battery was analyzed. The novel 4BS additive Addenda seed was studied. The experimental results showed that the Addenda seedused as additive to be mixed with leady oxide could improve the performance of lead-acid battery, in particular reduce the capacity loss and prolong the cycle life of lead-acid battery.
