摘    要:针对标准遗传算法的不足,文中提出一种改进型遗传算法,它将标准遗传算法和BP算法有机结合,兼具了标准遗传算法的全局搜索和BP网络局部精确搜索的特征,并将其应用于船舶自动舵神经网络控制器的训练中,取得较满意的结果。

Abstract:It is known that the single genetic algorithm(SGA) has many disadvantages,and the artificial neural networks are effective on accurate local searching .In the paper,we proposed a method by joining the genetic algorithm and BP algorithm together ,and used it to optimize the initial weights of ANNs.Through the simulation in the autopilot controller system ,the effectiveness has been proved.
