铁水包空包加盖保温效果

摘    要: 铁水包空包保温对钢铁企业节能减排和降低成本具有重要意义。对加盖和不加盖的铁水包空包在5 h内的温降过程进行了现场测温,结果表明,铁水包加盖对铁水包空包,特别是中上部包衬具有显著的保温作用。铁水包加盖保温应在转炉兑铁结束后尽早进行,同时缩短空包时间,以取得最佳的保温效果。

Abstract:Heat preservation of unloaded hot metal ladle is important for the energy saving and emission reduction of steel plant.The temperature drop of unloaded hot metal ladle refractories was investigated and the effect of capping on the heat preservation of ladle within five hours was analyzed. The results showed that capping on the ladle had a significant effect on the heat preservation, especially for the refractories in the middle-upper part. In addition, capping the ladle should be conducted as early as the end of hot metal charging into the converter. It is better to shorten the emptying time of ladle at the same time.
