摘    要: 针对钢铁企业焦化工序及独立炼焦化学企业的发展现状以及其所面临的能源、环保、市场等严峻形势进行了分析,在冶金流程工程学的理论指导下,开发洁净工艺、生产洁净产品、创造洁净环境、创新过程价值,提出了中国炼焦化学工业绿色发展工程科技战略,主要包括总体思路、技术路线、发展目标、关键支撑技术和相关的政策建议。

Abstract:Serious situations from energy consumption, environmental protection, market competition, etc. Faced by coking process in steel plants and independent coking plants and their developing status were analyzed in this paper. With the theoretical guidance of metallurgical process engineering, clean process was developed, clean products were produced, clean environment was created and process value was innovated. Meanwhile, engineering technology strategic solutions for coking industry were put forward, including general thought, technical route, development targets, key supporting technologies and relevent policy suggestions.
