摘    要:智能制造和绿色制造已成为制造业的发展趋势,钢铁企业具有资源和能源消耗大、排放高等特点而面临着严峻挑战。为此,运用冶金流程工程和系统工程的原理,对钢铁企业物质流和能量流的协同优化问题进行分析。通过对钢铁企业信息系统 ERP、MES 和 EMS 的分析,从信息流角度阐述了改善钢铁制造流程物质流和能量流的系统协调方法,探讨了基于信息流的物质流和能量流的协同优化机制及可能途径,为从设备单元的过程控制与流程整体生产以及能源管理的不同层面进行物质流和能量流的协同优化提供了思路。

Abstract:Future trend of manufacturing industry is a development of intelligent manufacturing and green manufac-turing.Steel manufacturing has a distinguishing feature of huge material resources,large amount of energy con-sumption and high emission,which brings serious challenges to iron and steel enterprises.Based on the principles of metallurgical process engineering and systems engineering,synergetic optimization between material flow and energy flow in steel manufacturing process were analyzed.By analyzing ERP,MES and EMS of iron and steel en-terprise,systematic and synergetic improvement method of material and energy flow in steel manufacturing process were discussed from the perspective of information flow.Furthermore,the mechanism and possible approach for synergetic optimization between material flow and energy flow in steel manufacturing process were also analyzed. As a result,some ideas about synergetic optimization of material and energy flow in steel manufacturing process in different level in the process such as process control of equipment unit,whole process and systematic energy man-agement were put forward.
