| Abstract: | According to history development sequence and background, three experinces and five lessens obtained in the power industry development since the founding of New China are summed up and analyzed based on a large number of detail facts. Five countermeasures for emancipating the mind ,changing old ideas, seizing chance and opportunity to speed up the waterpower development and promote coordinate development of Sichuan economy are proposed. |
