摘    要:在车削薄壁套零件时,由于零件壁薄、刚性差、强度低,容易产生变形与振动,影响零件的尺寸精度,形位精度和表面粗糙度。由此提出几种解决方法来控制车削薄壁套零件产生的变形与振动。

Abstract:Because of the thin-walled, poor rigidity and low intensity, it is very easy causing vibration and distortion when turning thin-walled parts, so that the precision of dimension, geometrical accuracy and surface roughness of the parts are affected. The relative solutions were proposed to control the vibration and distortion in the process of turning.
