| 摘 要： | 导管加工工艺信息的自动生成对于实现导管加工的CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成至关重要。文章针对弯管类零件的加工工艺特点,给出了导管加工工艺信息的自动生成算法。它直接利用CAD系统设计产生的导管数字化STL模型,自动判断三角面片的类型,生成面片间的拓扑关系,提取导管的几何参数信息,根据相应的工艺知识生成加工工艺信息。

| Abstract: | It's crucial to create process information automatically to achieve an integrated CAD/CAPP/CAM system of tube processing.According to process characteristic of bend tube part,this paper affords an automatically generate method on tube processing.It works by directly using tube digital STL model of CAD system.And it can automatically judge type of triangle surfaces,generate topologic relations to pick up the geometrical information and build the process technical information by related technical knowledge. |
