| Abstract: | In this paper,the automatic texturing &cleaning equipment is designed for solar cell surface texturing process by the 45th research institute of CETC,The design concepts and criterion based on the chemical process and key points of texturing process are analyzed and discussed,with emphasis on the essentiality of inosculation between equipment and texturing process. |
