浙江城市防洪问题研究

随着浙江城市化进程不断加快，工农业产值增幅显著，人口增长迅速，城区中心功能日益显现，城市防洪作用日显重要．浙江流域水系密布，易生梅雨、暴雨、台风、洪水等多种自然灾害，防洪任务十分艰巨．应依据国家有关规范与条文，结合不同类别城市的实际情况，规划相关城市设防标准，规划思路和防洪的保障措施，形成新时期城市防洪工作思路和对策．

On Urban Flood Control in Zhejiang

The function of urban flood control is becoming increasingly important along with the extending of the city center due to the development of the cities and the growth of the population.The drainage system in Zhejiang is of high density,resulting in the natural disasters of rainstorm,typhoon,flood and etc.,which pose a hard challenge for flood prevention.The flood control standards in cities,along with the planning layout and relevant countermeasures,are discussed in the paper based on state criterions and current conditions.
