| 摘 要： | 从城市社会学的角度分析,深圳城中村是非农化农民群体“小传统”依附的“新社会空间”,是保护和实现他们的多重利益和权益,以及与城市顺利接轨的媒介,这是目前的城中村改造不可忽视的重要前提。同时结合国外城市大规模改造的教训和经验,提出城中村改造的基本原则。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the theories of urban sociology, this paper finds that the city village in Shenzhen is the new social space which the “minor tradition” of non-agriculture villagers attach to, which can protect their rights and realizes their benefits as well as promote their adaptation to urban life. Com- bining with the international experiences of large-scale renewal, it concludes with renewal principle of urban villages. |
