摘    要:采用电熔镁砂、电熔镁铝尖晶石为主要原料,用坩埚法研究了三种含ZrO2 添加剂对方镁石- 尖晶石耐火材料抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:引入的ZrO2 能有效吸收渣中的CaO,形成高熔点的CaZrO3 固相堵塞在气孔中,阻止了炉渣的进一步渗透,又有效地降低了CaO 对尖晶石的分解作用及CaO、SiO2 等对主晶相方镁石的侵蚀作用;同时,ZrO2 的引入能促进烧结,提高高温固相直接结合率,对提高抗渣性也有着十分重要的意义。

Effects of ZrO_2 bearing additives on the slag resistance of MgO MA system refractories
Abstract:Using fused magnesia, fused MA as the major raw materials, by crucible slag corrosion test, the effect of three kinds of ZrO 2 bearing additives on the slag resistance of MgO MA system refractory materials and its mechanism were investigated. The conclusions are that the specimens added ZrO 2 could improve their corrosion resistance and have the best corrosion resistance at a certain addition of ZrO 2. The mechanism may be that ZrO 2 added to the specimens can absorb CaO from the enriched CaO converter slag and produce more viscous CaZrO 3, which blocks the crack of crystal grain up and stops further invading of CaO, SiO 2, Fe 2O 3 etc; ZrO 2 also can improve the sintering action of MgO, and enhance the direct bond structure. All of these contribute to the improved corrosion resistance of ZrO 2 bearing specimens.
