湿法磷酸料浆反应器中若干工艺问题的探讨

揭示了磷矿的酸解和硫酸钙结晶在料浆中共同进行，使反应过程变得复杂而难于调理。探讨了自发成核和共晶条件及其消减途径。结合贵州磷矿的特点（活性高、钝化性强和含镁多），对若干工艺问题进行了讨论。指出磷矿中所含氧化镁的酸解不消耗硫酸。

Discussion on Some Process Problems in the Slurry Reactor of Phosphoric Acid Production by Wet Process

That the digestion of phosphate and the crystallization of calcium sulfate taking place together in slurry make the process complex and the handling of it difficult is explained. The conditions of spontaneus nucleus formation and cocrystallization of crystals and the ways to weaken them are studied.Taking the characteristics of Guizhou phosphates (High reactivity. intensely inert tendency and high MgO content) into consideration,some process problems are discussed. It is pointed out that there is no consumption of sulfiric acid for the digestion of magnesium oxide contained in phosphate.
