大型海洋起重船深水锚泊用钢丝绳的生产

摘    要:对8×49SWS+6×36WS+FC—76钢丝绳进行试制,钢丝绳、绳股和金属绳芯的捻距倍数分别取6.2,8.0和6.2,计算出不同层时的钢丝直径,得出钢丝绳中钢丝总面积为2 832 mm2,根据钢丝绳最小破断拉力3 724 kN,换算成钢丝破断拉力总和4 920 kN,可以确定钢丝绳公称强度为1 770 MPa。对钢丝绳进行锚具浇铸,钢丝绳实际直径为76.8 mm,钢丝绳实测最小破断拉力达到3 880 kN,满足用户使用要求。

Abstract:To trial-produce 8×49SWS+6×36WS+FC—76 wire rope.The lay pitch of rope,strands and metal rope core is 6.2,8.0 and 6.2 respectively.The diameters of steel wires at different layers are calculated.The calculated total area of wires in rope is 2 832 mm2.According to minimum breaking force of wire rope being 3 724 kN,the calculated total breaking force of wires is 4 920 kN,the normal strength of wire rope can be ensured,which is 1 770 MPa.The wire rope anchor is molded.The practical diameter of rope is 76.8 mm,measured minimum breaking force of rope is up to 3 880 kN,which satisfy the demands of consumers.
