基于单片机的热水器智能控制系统设计

摘    要:为满足家用热水器低成本、高性价比的要求,本系统以STC89C51RC单片机为核心、采用数字式温度传感器DS18B20、水温采集控制电路、水位控制电路、温度、水位显示模块和报警电路实现了家用热水器水温水位的自动控制。该系统实现对水温和水位的检测、显示、报警等功能,利用金属棒和水的导电性采集水位信号,并以单片机端口的输出电平控制继电器的动作来实现上水、关阀;并辅以发光二极管显示相应的水位状态。整个系统成本低廉,耐高温性强,易于调整,测试方便。测试结果表明,误差小于2%,满足家用要求。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the demands of consumers:low cost,high performance requirements,this system based on STC89C51RC,and digital temperature sensor DS18B20,water temperature control circuit,water collection control circuit,temperature,water level display module and alarm circuit realized the household water heater water temperature and water level of automatic control.The system of water temperature and water level detection,display and alarm functions,the use of metal bar and water conductivity acquisition water-level signals,and the output level of port on the single chip computer control relay action to achieve water supply.The whole system of low cost,high temperature resistance and easy to adjust,the test is convenient.Results show that,the error is less than 2%,and satisfy the requirements of household.
