宽频带辐射抗扰度自动测试系统的研制

摘    要:针对单个仪器频率测试范围的局限性,提出一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的自动化测试装置。该装置通过计算机控制射频开关和耦合器件实现了宽频带信号源在两台不同频率的功放间自动切换,利用GPIB总线和R232总线实现计算机与各台仪器的通信,通过功率计、摄像头等仪表实现在线监控,使用自主开发的控制软件实现了测试过程中频带的自动扩充。

Abstract:Aiming to dealing with frequency test range limitations of single instrument,an automatic test system based on LabVIEW development environment was proposed.The system through computer to control the RF switching and couplers,and it realized the broadband signal source automatic switch between two different frequency power amplifiers.The system connected devices from different manufacturers by GPIB and R232.Through the power meter,camera etc instruments implementing online monitoring.By independent development of control software,frequency band expanded automatically.
