摘    要:结合某高层住宅高位转换部位的结构设计与研究,介绍了如何利用劲性混凝土的高延性性能来改善高位转换部位的框支梁、框支柱在中、大震作用下的受力性能。并介绍了劲性柱、劲性梁的设计思路,以及钢骨构件的连接做法和构造。

Abstract:Combined with the design and research of high-rise structure with high transfer floor,the paper introduces how to use the high ductility of Steel reinforced concrete to improve the performance of frame columns and transfer beam under medium earthquake and rare earthquake.And introduced the steel column,steel beam design ideas,and steel member connecting practices and structures.
