盐酸解析工艺在PVC废酸治理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了将盐酸解析工艺应用于PVC副产废酸治理的生产技术 ,解析出的HCl气体作为合成VCM的原料气 ,每年回收量超过 1 80 0t,回收率达到 85 % ;产生的经济效益约 1 5 9.8万元 a;可节约水资源90 0 0m3 a。同时 ,治理了废酸和CaCl2 排放造成的水污染及H2 S对大气的污染。

Abstract:The application of chlorhydric acid stripping process to the treatment of waste acid discharged during the production of PVC is introduced.The stripping product-HCl gas can be used as raw materials for the synthesis of VCM.The recovery amount of HCl gas is up to 1 800 t/a ,with the recovery percent of 85%.So the economic effects gained is 1.598 million RMB$ and 9 000 m 3 water can be saved per year.Meanwhile,the waste acid is treated and the water pollution caused by discharged CaCl 2 and the air pollution caused by H 2S are also prevented.
