摘    要:应用模糊理论、人工神经网络等智能技术,确定了有效的电力系统短期负荷预测方法,其中着重考虑了天气因素对电网负荷的影响,采用了具有高度非线性映射能力的人工神经网络与具有较强结构性知识表达能力的模糊逻辑相结合的算法来预测负荷,经初步测试表明,该方法具有良好的预测精度。

Abstract:An efficient method for short-term load forecast is presented based on intelligent techniques such as fuzzy logic and artificial neural network,in which the influence of weather conditions on power system load is incorporated.An algorithm is adopted to forecast load which is based on artificial neural network with high non-linear mapping ability and fuzzy logic with stronger structural knowledge representation ability,and after initial application,it is shown that the proposed method has good forecasting accuracy.
