摘    要:较详细地综述了目前国外酶催化选择性脱酰合成糖酯的研究进展,并对酶的主要来源和选择性脱酰的位置等进行了介绍,认为酶催化选择性脱酰技术在糖酯合成中有重要的应用价值,具有方法简便,产率较高等特点,该方法的运用扩展了糖酯类物质合成的空间。

Abstract:The progress of enzyme-catalyzed regioselective deacylation in sugarester synthesis,the sources of enzymes,and the position on which the deacylation took place in sugar molecules were reviewed in detail.The technology of enzyme-(catalyzed) regioselective deacylation plays an important role in the application in sugar esters syntheses.Compared with chemical method,the enzymatic regioselective deacylation has the advantages of simple operation with rather higher yields.The (application) of this new method in organic synthesis would extend the scope of the field in sugar esters syntheses.
