HT300链轮齿表激光强化技术研究

摘    要:研究HT300激光相变硬化时的工艺参数,结果表明对HT300链轮进行激光强化处理较表面感应淬火 工艺简单,硬度测试及耐磨性能均可满足链轮的工作要求。

Abstract:This paper deals with laser transformation hardening processing parameters for HT300,analyzes laser treating methods for chain wheel. The results show that laser strength treatment is much simpler than surface induction quenching for chain wheel, and satisfied results of working requirement are obtained by hardness test and wearability experiments.
