产业生态系统与矿业可持续发展

产业生态系统(生态工业园)是由制造行业企业和服务行业企业组成的群落, 它采用结构功能优化,并通过能源、水和材料的管理环境与资源问题的相互合作, 协同提高环境质量和经济效益。介绍了产业生态系统的思想与实践、建设基础及其支撑技术, 并提出了构建矿业生态系统促进我国矿业可持续发展的设想及其必须解决的关键问题。

Industry Eco-System and Sustainable Development of Mining

Industry eco-system (IES) or ecology-industry park (EIP) is a community composed of some manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises. It improves environmental performance and economic benefit by optimizing structure and function and coordinating relations among management of energy, water and materials, environment and resources. Its idea, practice, fundamental principle and support technology are described in this paper. The authors put forward the basic idea that mining ecological environment is established to promote sustainable development of China′s mining industry and some key problems to be solved.
