废革屑碱水解条件的研究

摘    要:首先分析了用NaOH、MgO、CaO和Na2CO3等4种碱以相同的碱用量在此条件下水解革屑,比较四种水解液的水解率、含氮量,研究它们水解革屑的差异性。用正交试验优化NaOH碱水解革屑的条件,得出最佳条件为NaOH用量7%,水解温度120℃,水解时间6h,固液比1∶9。

Abstract:Alkaline hydrolysis of leather shavings with NaOH, MgO, CaO and Na2CO3 respectively were studied from the hydrolysis rate and nitrogen content under the same amount of alkali. The hydrolysis conditions for leather shaving with sodium hydroxide were optimized by orthogonal test.And the optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 7%,hydrolytic temperature was 120 ℃, hydrolytic time was 6 h, and the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶9.
