GC-MS法测定皮革中富马酸二甲酯的不确定度评估

摘    要:依据国家计量技术规范《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对气相色谱-质谱法测定皮革及其制品中的富马酸二甲酯整个测量过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析,并对不确定度各个分量进行了评定、合成,最后给出了合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。当富马酸二甲酯测定结果为0.3mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.02mg/kg。

Abstract:According to National Measurement Technology Criterion (Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement), Dimethyl fumarate in leather and leather products were determined by ultrasonic extraction and GC-MS, the source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement was analyzed.Each component of uncertainty is estimated and composed.The composed and expanded uncertainties were given. When the content of dimethyl fumarate was 0.3 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.02 mg/kg.
