| Abstract: | The advantages of succeeding in bidding at proper low price were illustrated and the hindrance factors of accomplishing of succeeding in bidding at proper low price were analyzed.Aiming at some subjective and objective difficult in popularizing winning the bid at proper low price,the rational measures of winning the bid at proper low price were proposed so as to promote its application. |
