摘    要:介绍了如何运用最小二乘法设计四杆机构的问题。建立四杆机构的运动矢量方程,将已知条件带入得到无解的矩阵方程,用最小二乘法通过Matlab进行数值计算,设计出四杆机构。该方法解决了无解的问题,得到四杆机构的近似解,近似满足运动规律的要求,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:This article introduces how to use least squares to design a four-bar linkage.Establish the motion vector equation of a four-bar linkage,then obtain a matrix equation of no solution by known conditions,then use least squares method for numerical calculation by Matlab, thus get a four-bar linkage. The method solves the problem with no solution, gets the approximate solution of a four-bar linkage that can meet the motion law approximatively,and has a good prospect.
