数控机床结构热性能分析与支撑部件拓扑优化设计

摘    要:针对数控机床结构受热时,温度应力导致的机床微小变形,介绍使用ANSYS软件进行机床结构热性能分析模拟研究过程,其中包括机床连续区域的模型构建、网格划分、插值函数的构建、参数设置及边界约束的设置等等流程。通过实际机床案例进行机床支撑部位的拓扑优化设计研究,经实践证实,拓扑优化效果明显,整机结果令人满意。

Abstract:When the NC machine tool is in the condition of heat, it suffers the temperature stress which could lead the struc- ture oceuring small deformation. The process of thermal performance analysis of machine tool is introduced by ANSYS. Which includes building continuous area of the machine tool model, meshing generation, difference functions, parameter setting and boundary constraint setting. Through an analysis of supporting components of machine tool by topology optimization design, the results show the optimization results is well.
