| 摘 要： | 针对我国高职高专教育发展现状,分析了高职高专院校高速发展中出现的一系列问题,指出了高职高专院校高教研究机构肩负着重大的历史使命.并结合本校高教研究机构建设中的一些做法,提出高职高专院校应在学校重视、机构定位、机构职能、队伍建设、制度建设和交流协作等方面加强高等教育研究机构建设.

| Abstract: | With the present situation of education development in higher vocational colleges as the background,the paper discusses the problems in the rapid development of higher vocational colleges.Then it puts forward the historical mission for the higher education research institutions in vocational colleges.Referring to the practice in Chengde Petroleum College,the paper brings forward that it is necessary to enhance the institution construction of higher education in terms of school authority's attention,orientation of the institution,group construction,system construction,and intercommunication and collaboration. |
