摘    要:介绍了应用Pro/E软件,对罗茨风机的扭叶形三叶轮进行参数化设计。应用Pro/E能通过输入叶轮不同段的参数方程,自动绘制出复杂的叶轮齿形,并进行三维实体造型,同时改变设计参数就能方便地改变叶轮齿形。对设计出的叶轮还能进行啮合模拟、干涉检查、叶轮配合间隙测量、面积利用系数计算等,大大提高了设计效率和设计精度,解决了常规设计方法很难或无法实现的一些问题。

Abstract:The design of the twist gear wheel with three tooth used in Roots Rotors Blower based on Pro/E is introduced.To input the parameter equation different segment for gear wheel and then design the difficult dentiform of gear wheel automatically and do 3D model sculpt at the same time.Changing the design parameter can change gear wheel dentiform convenience.To designed gear wheel can also do athletic simulation,intervene examine,measure the tie in the two wheel,count the utilization factor of the area and so on.Process the designing efficiency and precision,work out some questions and difficult to solve by general idea.
