含钾、铷、锂云母矿综合回收试验研究

摘    要:以江西某含钾、铷、锂云母矿为原料,研究了氯化焙烧工艺综合回收有价多金属工艺,考察了添加剂种类、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂用量、磨矿粒度等因素对试验结果的影响。研究结果表明,最佳工艺为锂精矿磨矿至-0.047 mm 75%,添加用量35%,在850℃下焙烧2 h。锂、铷、钾浸出率分别达到85%、85%和95%。该工艺具有成本低、浸出率高的特点。

Abstract:Using the lithium concentrate containing potassium and rubidium in Jiangxi province,comprehensive recovery of chlorination roasting process was studied.The effects of process parameters,such as additive type,roasting temperature,roasting time,additive dosage and grinding granularity were examined.The results showed that that the optimal conditions were as follows:roasting temperature 850℃,roasting time 2.0 h,additive dosage 35% and grinding granularity-0.047μm 75%.The leaching rate of lithium,potassium and rubidium was 85%,85% and 95%,respectively.The process has the characteristics of low cost and high leaching rate index.
