摘    要:实习环节是应用型本科院校教学的重要环节,是培养具有创新和实践能力的本科毕业生的关键环节。“产教融合”是开展企业与实践教学深度合作的教学模式,是高等院校提高人才质量,向社会输送高质量人才的重要途径。本文介绍了我校轻化工程专业(制浆造纸工程方向)在专业实习环节存在过的不足之处和“产教融合”式的实习教学改革,总结传统专业实习现状,建立校企紧密结合的实践教学基地,加强指导教师队伍的建设,改革实习环节的学习流程和考察方式,建立科学合理的实习考核评价方法。通过对专业实习的系统改革,提高学生的实习效果和综合素质的培养,达到培养满足企业要求的优秀本科毕业生。

Abstract:Internship is a key link in teaching and cultivating undergraduate graduates with practical ability in applied universities.This paper introduces the deficiencies of our university's lightweight engineering(pulp and paper engineering)in the field of professional practice and the"industry-education integration"type of practice teaching reform.By summarizing the situation of traditional professional internships,we have established a practical teaching base that is closely integrated with schools and enterprises,strengthened the construction of instructors,reformed the learning process and investigation methods of internships,and established scientific and reasonable internship assessment methods.By reforming the internship,we have improved the effect of internship and the cultivation of comprehensive quality,and achieved the training of outstanding undergraduates who meet the requirements of enterprises.
