摘    要:提出了一种有助于纤维分散的搅拌工序,给出了一种测量纤维分散性的简易方法,分析了不同纤维掺量(5 kg/m3、10 kg/m3、15 kg/m3)对玄武岩纤维混凝土(BFRC)的纤维分散性、基本力学性能及弯曲韧性的影响。结果表明,搅拌工序可使纤维在基体中均匀分散,亦可降低纤维在搅拌过程中的损伤;随纤维掺量的增加,BFRC力学性能先提高后降低,其对BFRC弯曲韧性试验中的峰值强度、残余强度及弯曲韧性值的影响规律亦是如此;BFRC的力学性能及弯曲韧性在纤维掺量为10 kg/m3时最佳。

Abstract:A stirring process which helps the fiber disperse and a simple measurement method of fiber dispersion were proposed, and the influence of different fiber content(5 kg/m^3, 10 kg/m^3, 15 kg/m^3) on the fiber dispersibility, basic mechanical properties and flexural toughness of basalt fiber reinforced concrete(BFRC) were analysed. The results show that the stirring process can evenly disperse the fibers in the matrix, and reduce the damage of the fibers during the stirring process. With the increase of fiber content, the mechanical properties of BFRC increase first and then decrease, which is true for its influence on the peak strength, residual strength and flexural toughness value in BFRC flexural toughness test.The mechanical properties and flexural toughness of BFRC are best when the fiber content is 10 kg/m^3.
