摘    要:介绍了预应力混凝土方桩弹卡式连接件构造和接桩技术,对不同直径的弹卡连接件及锚固筋机械连接件进行了抗拉试验,其强度均满足相关标准要求。对弹卡式连接预应力混凝土方桩进行了接头抗弯、抗剪、抗拉试验,均加载至承载力检验值的110%,且未出现接头破坏的情况,性能指标均满足承载力要求。结合实际工程,对弹卡式连接方桩的桩身完整性和承载力进行了分析,其结果也均满足相关标准要求。

Abstract:The structure and technology of prestressed concrete square pile elastic card connection are introduced.The tensile test of elastic card connection with different diameters and mechanical connection with anchor bar is carried out,and the strength meets the requirements of relevant standards.The joint bending,shear and tensile tests of the prestressed concrete square pile with resilient clamping connection are carried out,all of which are loaded to 110%of the bearing capacity test value,and there is no joint failure.The performance indexes of the joint all meet the bearing capacity requirements.Combined with the actual project,the integrity and bearing capacity of the pile body are analyzed,and the results also meet the requirements of relevant standards.
