| 摘 要： | 为研究PCCP管材结构安全性问题,分析了PCCP结构材料性能、管道结构设计、制作工艺以及管道使用环境对PCCP结构安全性的影响。研究表明,在PCCP结构设计、管道制造和管线设计中,只要严格执行相关标准,PCCP的安全性是可控的。此外,结合实际生产经验,对提高PCCP生产质量提出了相应的控制措施。

| Abstract: | In order to study the query on the safety of PCCP structure,the influence of PCCP structure material performance,pipeline structure design,manufacturing process and pipeline service environment on PCCP structure safety are analyzed in detail.It is considered that the safety of PCCP can be controlled as long as the relevant standards are strictly implemented.Combined with the practical production experience,the corresponding quality measures are put forward to improve the production quality of PCCP. |
