摘    要:采用MIDAS/GTS NX对某矿山的矿体、围岩、井筒的整体三维数值模型,论证设计对井筒留设12 m的保安矿柱的合理性,进行了有限元数值模拟分析。数值计算结果表明:从位移结果方面来看,在保安矿柱内部盲提升竖井范围内,在矿体上盘区域井筒发生最大竖直位移为-1.03 cm,矿体开采区域下盘井筒附近发生最大竖直位移为+0.41 cm,矿体开采对井筒产生的变形量较小;从塑性区结果来看,矿体开采后塑性区主要分布在矿体开挖空间附近,塑性区面积为22.1%,最大塑性变形为9.19×10^-4,在井筒周边岩体仅有少量单元发生塑性破坏。综合以上分析得出,某地下矿山设计提出的井筒设置12 m保安矿柱的方案合理。

Abstract:The overall three-dimensional numerical model of ore body,surrounding rock and wellbore of a mine is carried out by MIDAS/GTS NX.The rationality of designing a 12 m safety pillar for the wellbore is demonstrated.The finite element numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The numerical results show that,from the aspect of displacement results,the maximum vertical displacement of the wellbore in the upper part of the ore body is-1.03 cm in the blind lifting shaft inside the security pillar,and the maximum occurs near the lower shaft of the ore body mining area.The vertical displacement is+0.41 cm,and the deformation of the ore body mining to the wellbore is small.From the plastic zone results,the plastic zone after the ore body mining is mainly distributed near the excavation space of the ore body,and the plastic zone area is 22.1%.The maximum plastic deformation is 9.19×10^-4,and only a small number of elements in the rock mass around the wellbore are plastically destroyed.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the design of a 12 m security pillar for the wellbore proposed by an underground mine is reasonable.
