摘    要:针对配电网数据缺乏统一信息模型、基础数据质量不高、图模需求差异大、实用化应用支撑不足等问题,湖南电网以配电网统一信息模型为基础,以“源端维护、全局共享”为目标,为推动泛在电力物联网建设在配电领域落地,开展了标准化建模、配电网图模校验与治理、专题图自动成图优化、PMS2.0系统与配电自动化系统交互应用等工作,实现配电网图模数据质量显著提升和设备新投异动流程在线闭环管理,逐步推进“全网一张图”,为湖南电网各专业提供了逻辑统一、主干清晰、层次分明的配电网全景模型,全面支撑综合故障研判、供电服务指挥等核心业务建设及实用化应用,有效提升配电网故障处理效率和优质供电服务水平。

Abstract:In view of the lack of unified information model for distribution network data,the low quality of basic data,the large difference in demand for models,and the lack of practical application support,Hunan electric power grid promoted the construction of ubiquitous power internet of things to land in the field of distribution network,based on the unified information model of distribution network and with the goal of“maintenance at source and global sharing”,carried out the works such as standardized modeling,validation and governance of distribution network graphic model data,automatic and optimized mapping of thematic maps,interactive application with PMS2.0 system and distribution automation system,etc.to realize the significant improvement of the quality of the distribution network graphic model data and the online closed-loop management of the new investment and change process of the devices and gradually promoted the“one map of the whole network”.Then the distribution network panoramic model with unified logic,clear backbone and clear hierarchy can be provided for each major of Hunan electric power grid,to fully support the core professional work construction and practical application such as comprehensive fault analysis and power supply service command,and effectively improve the fault handling efficiency and the power supply service quality level of distribution network.
