摘    要:本文介绍了某电厂300 MW级电站煤粉锅炉大比例掺烧超低挥发分碳基燃料(半焦、气化残炭)的实践,通过对现有设备进行适应性改造及数值模拟计算,实现了掺烧比例大于45%、燃烧效率大于98%、NOx放浓度不高于掺烧前的目标,在探索电站锅炉掺烧超低挥发分碳基燃料的可行性、推动超低挥发分碳基燃料在电站动力用煤领域的应用及形成电站锅炉燃用超低挥发分碳基燃料技术体系等方面具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces the practice of burning ultra-low volatile carbon based fuel(semi-coke,gasification carbon residue)in large proportion in a 300 MW power plant pulverized coal boiler.Through the adaptive transformation and numerical simulation calculation of the existing equipment,the goal of blending combustion ratio is greater than 45%,combustion efficiency is greater than 98%and NOx emission concentration is not higher than the numerical value before blending combustion.It is of great significance to explore the feasibility of mixing ultra-low volatile carbon based fuel with power plant boiler,promote the application of ultra-low volatile carbon based fuel in the field of power plant coal and form the technical system of ultra-low volatile carbon based fuel for power plant boiler.
