泡沫混凝土湿密度与干密度关系的研究

摘    要:通过一系列不同配合比泡沫混凝土的制备,系统研究了水胶比、粉煤灰及细砂掺量、表观密度、增稠剂、龄期、水泥强度等级、养护方式等常见因素对泡沫混凝土湿密度与干密度的影响。结果表明,水胶比对泡沫混凝土湿干密度比的影响最大且呈正相关,粉煤灰掺量越高,湿干密度比越大,而表观密度等级和细砂掺量则呈反相关,增稠剂、龄期、水泥强度等级、养护方式等因素对湿干密度比的影响不大。

Abstract:By preparing a series of different mixture ratio of foam concrete,the influence of water-cement ratio,fly ash and fine sand content,apparent density grade,thickening agent,admixtures,cement grade,curing age and methods on the wet density and dry density of foam concrete were investigated.The results show that the wet-dry density ratio of foam concrete is significantly effected by water-cement ratio,and it increases with the increase of water-cement ratio and fly ash content and the reduce of fine sand and apparent density grade,while thickening agent,admixtures,cement grade,curing age and curing method have little effect on wet-dry density ratio.
