东河石炭系油藏注气受效井出砂加剧问题研究

摘    要:东河石炭系油藏目前已进入开发后期,为控制产量递减速度、实现原油稳产增产,于2014年开展注气开发重大试验。随着注气持续推进,东河石炭系油藏开发效果得到较大改善,伴随地层压力、生产压差和产气量逐步增大,注气受效井出砂问题加剧。在此影响下,机采井严重砂卡、频繁检泵,自喷井产层砂埋、井口装置刺损变形,严重影响产量和现场安全生产。基于注气受效井出砂加剧机理和危害识别,重点从地层、井筒和地面三个方面提出防治一体化措施,源头长效治理出砂,兼以井筒和地面治砂,从而保障油井高效安全生产,助力东河石炭系油藏注气开发提采增产。

Abstract:Donghe carboniferous oil reservoir has entered the later period of development. In order to slow down oil production decline and match the stable increase of requirement of the petroleum production, the great experiment of gas injection recovery has been conducted since 2014. With the further development of gas injection, the development effects have greatly improved. Meanwhile, with the gradual increase of formation pressure, production pressure difference and gas production, the problem of sand production of wells affected by gas injection recovery becomes more serious. Under this influence, the mechanical production wells are seriously sand stuck, frequent pump inspection, sand burial in the production layer of the flowing well, and the wellhead equipment is damaged and deformed, which seriously affects the production and on-site safety production. Based on the research of mechanism of sand production aggravation and hazard identification of wells affected by gas injection recovery, this paper puts forward integrated prevention and control measures from three aspects of formation, wellbore and surface. The sand production can be controlled for a long time at the source, and the sand can be controlled by wellbore and ground, so as to ensure the efficient and safe production of oil wells and help the gas injection development of Donghe Carboniferous reservoir to improve production and storage.
