摘    要:为了探讨超低能耗夹芯保温外墙拉结件受力性能,分别从抗拉性能、抗剪性能、拉剪性能和对应的变形性能进行了试验研究,验证了数值模拟分析的可行性,并根据试验和模拟结果给出了拉结件的安全系数。结果表明,夹形拉结件的抗拉性能、拉剪性能的抗拉性能可以满足国内标准的可靠性要求;但抗剪性能难以满足国内标准要求;拉结件在试验中达到设计承载力时变形量均小于胶缝变形能力2.54 mm,不影响接缝性能。

Abstract:In order to discuss the mechanical properties of the connectors of the sandwich insulation wall with ultralow energy consumption, the tensile properties, shear properties, tensile shear properties and corresponding deformation properties were studied, and the feasibility of numerical simulation analysis was verified, and the safety factor of the metal connectors was given according to the test and simulation results. The results show that the tensile properties and tensile shear properties of the connectors can meet the reliability requirements of domestic standards, however, the shear performance is difficult to meet requirements of the domestic standards. When the connectors reach the design bearing capacity in the test, the deformation amount is less than 2.54 mm of the plastic joint deformation capacity, which does not affect the joint performance.
