制冷剂含油对汽车空调压缩机性能影响的实验研究

摘    要:汽车空调压缩机中含油量高,油与制冷剂互溶后所形成的混合物的热物理性质不同于纯制冷剂,将引起压缩机性能明显变化。以DKS-15S型斜盘式汽车空调压缩机为研究对象,就制冷剂含油对汽车空调压缩机性能的影响进行了全面的分析和实验研究。

Abstract:Automotive air-conditioning compressor is rich in oil, and its performance is changed obviously by the thermo-physical properties of refrigerant-oil mixture, which is different from pure refrigerant. Analysis by synthesis and experimental research for the effect mixture on performance of compressor are presented while sloping cam-plated compressor DKS-15S is focused on.
