摘    要:板状宝石级金刚石单晶具有重要的应用价值。它可以作为红外透明窗口和高功率激光器的散热片等。文章研究了温度梯度法合成宝石级金刚石与籽晶的生长面以及合成温度之间的关系,在低温区用籽晶(100)面合成了4mm的优质板状晶体。

Tabular gem-grade diamond crystal synthesized with temperature gradient method at HPHT

Abstract:Tabular gem-grade diamond crystal is of very applicable value. It can be used as transparent window for infrared ray and heat dispersion plate for high power laser weapon etc.. The correlation of gem-grade diamond synthesized by temperature gradient method with the growing face of seed crystal and synthesizing temperature was studied in the paper. Superior tabular crystal of 4mm in diameter was synthesized with { 100 } face of seed crystal in lower temperature area.
