| 摘 要： | 精密金刚石砂轮被广泛应用于各种硬脆性材料，如石材、玻璃、陶瓷、磁性材料、半导体材料等各种晶体材料的精密加工。精密金刚石砂轮的制造及其加工各种硬脆材料的磨削机理受到广泛的关注。文章综述了精密金刚石砂轮的制造、修整和磨削机理的研究状况。

| Abstract: | Diamond grinding wheel is widely used for precision grinding various hard and brittle materials such as stone, optical glass, ceramics, magnetic materials, semiconductors and so on. Recently, the manufacturing of diamond grinding wheel and the grinding mechanism of various brittle materials have been paid more attention to. In this paper, the manufacturing, dressing methods and grinding mechanism of diamond grinding wheel are introduced. |
