| Abstract: | Development, characteristic and applications of single crystal CVD diamond were described. The advantages of single crystal CVD diamond used in various industries and technology were analyzed in this paper. At present the important application areas of single crystal CVD diamond mainly included semiconductor devices, microwave technology, monitoring devices and detection system, optical fihre telecommunication and optical data storage technology. |
