不同提取工艺对栀子黄色素提取效果的比较

摘    要:在制备双酶水解栀子黄色素母液的基础上,分别采用溶剂提取、超声波萃取、D101树脂吸附、超滤膜分离、超临界CO2萃取5种不同的提取方法,研究栀子黄色素提取率、色价和OD比值,为栀子黄色素提取分离与精制中组合现代先进技术提供理论基础。研究结果表明:超滤膜分离与大孔树脂吸附工艺结合,既能实现高提取率、高色价,以及减轻树脂吸附负荷和提高工作效率,又可降低OD比值;把超声波萃取和超-1名界萃取进行组合,也能达到很好的效果。

Abstract:Five extraction and purification process of gardenia yellow pigment on the two enzymic treatment were studied. The liquid of pigment were extracted by alcohol, ultra-sonic, D101 resin, ultra-filtration, ultra-critical CO2.Object to study modernized equipment in extraction and purification process of gardenia yellow pigment by rate of extraction , rate of obtain and absorbance ratio. Indication of results:combine ultra- filtration with resin reach a high rate of extraction and colour of the product, lighten the resin on the state, raise working efficiency, and lower OD. ratio. Also, it was a superior effect by combining ultra-sonic with ultra-critical CO2.
