聚砜中空纤维超滤膜的制备及应用

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶-相转换的方法,将具有力学强度高,抗蠕变性能强,耐热性和化学稳定性好的工程塑料-聚砜树脂,制成侧壁布满5-100nm 微孔,外径1mm左右,内径0.7mm左右的圆中空纤维,即聚砜中空纤维超滤膜。该膜可有效截留水中的细菌,微粒,胶体和大分子有机物。由这种超滤膜制成的超滤装置具有分离速度快,使用寿命长,处理能力多样,操作简便等特点,该超滤装置可适用于多种复杂溶液,已被广泛应用于环保水处理,饮用水净化及食品,医药等领域。

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF POLYSULFONE HOLLOW FIBER ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE
Abstract:Polysulfone has many good properties such as high strength in compressive and tensile, heatproof and stability in chemistry, etc. A polysulfone hollow fiber UF membrane was made by sol-gel-phase inversion method. The fiber has about 1 mm external diameter and 0.7 mm internal diameter. A large number 5-100 nm microporosities are closely in the wall of the fiber. This kind of UF membrane can efficiently cut-off the bacteria, particle, colloid and organic matter with big molecular weight in the water. The advantage of this UF membrane device lies in its high speed in separating, long life in using, varied models in treating ability and easy operation. At present it has been applied widely in water treatment of environment, purification of drinking water, food and medicine field, etc.
