| 摘 要： | 以近年来配网自动化认识及工程实践体会 ,总结了配电自动化系统实用化设计的一些基本设计思路 ,阐述了如何面对如此量大面广的配电网络分布、复杂的配电网架结构、众多的配电管理对象 ,以系统工程设计为基本指导思想 ,通过从大量管理对象的信息中提炼出对系统有实际运行意义的信息 ,设计出针对配网特点的、满足用户需求的实用化功能 ,使配电自动化系统实现真正意义上对电网的全面监控、运行、管理和经济运行
